Well, I had my doc appointment today and it's not a food allergy, but even worse. Apparently, all the spicy foods I been eating (eg. bhut jolokia extract and habenero peppers) have caused me to have gall bladder attacks and that's why I was getting sick and would explain the chest pains I was also getting that I kind of ignored. My doc said it's not all that uncommon for a gall bladder attack to cause the stomach to reject certain types of food, but it sure as hell is the first I ever heard of it. I thought those types of attacks just caused nasty gut pains. Anyways, I am to eliminate all spicy foods from my diet which sucks out loud. I'm Mexican for God's sake! Talk about being a disgrace to my race being Mexican and not being able to eat spicy foods.

First I get told by my urologist that I can't have caffeine in my diet and now I get told I can't have spicy foods. I'm not even 21 yet and I already am getting old man problems! What's next? Me having to tote around an oxygen tank for my asthma?

A good friend of mine dealt with gall bladder problems all his life. Then he got colon cancer and during the operation to remove 18" of colon he had them remove his gall bladder too. He says he should have had his gall bladder removed 20 years ago. Now he can eat ANYTHING and he doesn't get sick. Have yours removed!
